- Sanitec KOLO makes a maximum effort to have the materials presented in the web sites being under its supervision updated, reliable and complete. Sanitec KOLO bears no responsibility for potential losses resulting from applying and using the materials included in the web sites.
- Sanitec KOLO reserves the right to freely and optionally use the Materials sent by Users in all the fields of exploitation, stating the author.
- A User, along with transmitting Materials to the Sanitec KOLO web sites (via e-mail, by means of web site forms or by publishing a bathroom project for public use in BathroomWizard), declares that:

- He/she shall not undertake any actions against Sanitec KOLO, with relation to the transmitted materials, and shall ensure a due indemnity in case if third parties should undertake legal actions against Sanitec KOLO, with relation to the materials transmitted by User.
- He/she shall make all the efforts to review the sent Materials and remove viruses or other littering and harmful elements, before transmitting to Sanitec KOLO.
- Copying parts or the whole of the materials included in the Sanitec KOLO web sites, with the exception of bathroom projects destined for public use in Bathroom Wizard program, requires a written consent by Sanitec KOLO.
